Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped with USPS so, to track your order CLICK HERE. You must have your tracking number in order to track your package. Your unique tracking number is sent in a confirmation email from Unapologetically Me. when your order is shipped. If you did not receive that email with your tracking number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form by CLICKING HERE.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 7-14 business days to process and ship your order. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days to process and ship your order. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays are processed on the next business day. However, you may receive your order before this time frame. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.
If I ordered the wrong size, am I able to exchange?
Yes! You may exchange your items within 7 days after your order is received. Unfortunately, there are no refunds. If you ordered the wrong size and need to exchange you must contact us first. You are not allowed to exchange unless we are contacted first. In order to initiate an exchange request email us at email@example.com. Items must be unworn and in it's original state. Shipping fees must be paid buy you for your new item. Unapologetically Me. does have the right to refuse any items that we feel are unsaleable.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. We do allow exchanges. In order to initiate an exchange request email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items on sale are final.
Is my Unapologetically Me. shirt men's or women's sizing?
All Unapologetically Me. shirts are unisex sizings.
Can I cancel my order?
No, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
